Charlie Wi is US Open bound!

Charlie qualified for the US Open today at the Saticoy Country Club in Southern California. With the top 4 spots moving onto Bethpage Black, the South Korean shot a one under 71 in the first round after being 5 over for the first five holes. His second round included and eagle and three birdies to finish 2 under at 70. The course proved to be tough, his 3 under led the rest of the field.

This will be Charlie’s 2nd career major. Congratulations Charlie.
